Power of the Streak: Could It Be Our Best Motivational Tool?

I’m on a 691 day exercise streak with Aaptiv and a 172 day streak learning French with DuoLingo at the moment. And I’ll never forget the time I was up past midnight and my 293 day bed-time meditation streak with Calm reset to 0. I admit I really lost my Calm that night. 😉
