This is The Nutritional Reset, where together we peel back the layers (symptoms) to get to the heart (root causes) of health challenges in order to restore your energy & enthusiasm for life.
$1100 including 3-week meal plan / $800 excluding meal plan

Custom consultations involve 8 sessions over 6 to 8 weeks and unlimited email/text support throughout.

the first session

This comprehensive 2-hour chat focuses on you…your current and previous health concerns and symptoms, how well your digestion is working, your eating and drinking patterns (we leave no drop unturned, wine and even water is recorded), the quality of your sleep and other lifestyle factors such as how much exercise you are getting, your level of stress and any exposures you may have to environmental toxins.  This detailed information is necessary to assess the root causes of your health challenges and create a custom protocol that will address your specific nutritional needs. 

sessions 2 through 7

In these sessions, we discuss your individual plan, including healthy eating strategies, recommendations regarding diet, supplements to address nutritional imbalances and lifestyle suggestions around stress, sleep, exercise and more.  Education and guidance is emphasized to empower you in making these healthy changes.  A 3-week meal plan including recipes, shopping lists and full nutritional analysis is included.

the final session

In this session, we discuss how well your plan is working, make any adjustments and address any outstanding questions/concerns.

Some chronic conditions may require a longer-term approach; additional sessions are available à la carte.

$600 including 3-week meal plan

Shrink It in 6ix includes 6 sessions over 6 weeks and unlimited email/text support throughout.

the first session

In this session, we discuss your weight loss goal, food likes / dislikes, food allergies / sensitivities, your knowledge and level of experience and interest in cooking, and any lifestyle considerations that may impact your diet and eating patterns.  

sessions 2 through 5

In easy-to-digest segments, these sessions focus on education around healthy eating and the importance of blood sugar management for weight loss.  We will chat about healthy eating guidelines and behavioural strategies to help with cravings and emotional eating.  You will receive a 3-week meal plan including recipes for all meals and snacks, shopping lists and nutritional information as well as education around creating your own healthy meal plans.  There will be motivational tips, accountability exercises and you will be provided with a Food and Mood journal to record your journey.  

the final session

This follow-up session reviews your progress, reflects upon which strategies worked best for you (and what posed the most challenges to your weight loss) and provides further guidance as you continue on your journey to optimal health.

You can also take advantage of our meal planning service, which includes nutritional information for all recipes, tips on ingredients and preparation and complete shopping lists.  Cooking your own food is the single best thing you can do for your health and our weekly meal planning service makes preparing tasty, nutritious meals a snap.
$125 for first week + $75 for subsequent, consecutive weeks

kitchen makeover

First, we delve into your kitchen fridge, freezer and pantry, identifying the good, the not-so-good and the stuff that should immediately go into the bin (bye bye Mazola)!  Then we take a trip to your local grocery store/market where we’ll discover new, healthier alternatives for you and your family and discuss how to incorporate them into your meals.
$300

kitchen parties

Learn about nutrition with friends and family!  These kitchen parties cover simple and effective strategies for the nutritional challenges we all face, in a social atmosphere in the comfort of your own home.
Fee quoted upon request.
